Lynne has 15 years’ experience in immunology contract research and cell therapy, initially working on preclinical models of immunology and GMP grade cell therapy products before moving to RoukenBio almost 6 years ago.
Lynne’s time has been spent developing a number of T cell assays (T cell exhaustion, antigen recall and MLRs) but has experience working on a number of cell-based assays and techniques and sees herself as a ‘jack of all trades’ scientist.
