Lynne Dunsford

Lynne Dunsford is a Senior Study Manager with extensive experience across pre-clinical research, discovery immunology, and cell therapy. She began her career at the bench, developing a strong technical foundation in assay design, experimental development, and troubleshooting - expertise that continues to inform her scientific leadership and strategic decision making.   

With hands-on experience operating withing multiple regulatory and research environments, Lynne brings a rigorous, detail-driven approach to study execution. She is adept at aligning scientific objectives with practical delivery, ensuring studies are designed and conducted with clarity, rigour, and reproducibility. Her technical background spans the design and optimisation of diverse immunological assays across therapeutic areas including inflammatory disease, immuno-oncology, and allergy, enabling her to provide both high-level scientific oversight and pragmatic experimental insight.  

Over the course of her career, Lynne has progressed from laboratory scientist to a leader and mentor, recognised for her calm solution-focused approach in complex or fast paced settings. She is passionate about developing people and fostering collaborative, supportive team environments that enable scientific excellence.
