As a Business Development Analyst my role involves identifying new clients that we can support in progressing their assets to clinic. I love the dynamic nature of the job, constantly learning about innovative therapeutics. My positive and supportive colleagues make it an amazing place to work.

Being scientific support supervisor is a fast paced, ever changing role that requires me to lead and mentor the scientific support team. As a team we support the scientists in the lab by preparing their materials, reagents, cells and proteins for them. We also pitch in with their assays when required!

As a senior study manager my role involves project management as well as supporting a team of study managers within the translational immunology group. I enjoy the bespoke collaborative scientific service that we provide to our clients and passion our team shares for challenging science.
