Associate Scientific Director (Immuno-oncology)

Luke is an Associate Scientific Director within the Immunology team. He earned his MRes and PhD from Imperial College London, where he investigated memory B‑cell repertoire dynamics in response to experimental HIV‑1 vaccination.

He went on to spend six years as a postdoctoral researcher at University College London, investigating adaptive immune responses across a range of contexts including HIV-1 infection, SARS-CoV-2 infection, and haematological malignancies. His work during this time combined deep immunological expertise with advanced assay development and translational research approaches.

Luke joined RoukenBio in 2023. In his current role, he provides scientific leadership and strategic input into the design and execution of bespoke client studies, with a focus on B-cell immunology and immuno-oncology assay development. He works closely with partners to support robust study design, reliable data generation, and clear immunological interpretation
