Andy is our CEO and Founder. Following his MSc., Andy’s first foray into biotech was as a bench scientist supporting the release of a live, attenuated influenza vaccine. He got a taste of the dynamic world that is the ‘CRO’, and this has been his passion for the past 15 years. In 2007, Andy moved to Scotland and launched a new CRO, BioOutsource Ltd. 

In 2016, Andy founded RoukenBio and has spearheaded its rapid growth. In a short period of time, Andy has transformed it from a niche CRO to being the trusted outsourced research partner for global novel drug developers and biosimilar developers alike. Andy’s vision is for RoukenBio to be the research provider of choice, supporting developers from the very earliest phases of drug discovery and through the clinic.
