Senior Study Manager Eric has worked within Immunology focused CROs since 2012. Initially working on Bioassay development of IND-like molecules, then working in the biological characterisation of several antibody-based biosimilars, as well as stability testing of different biological based therapeutics that were in various stages of drug life cycle, before joining RoukenBio in 2022.
Eric really enjoys working with our customers on potency and ELISA based assay development, qualification, validation and stability testing of bioassays, biosimilars and has more recently moved into the area of SPR.

Understanding how antibody-based drugs interact with targets at different expression levels is key to optimising their safety and efficacy. Traditional methods struggle to measure binding kinetics in real cellular environments. This study uses the IndEx-2 system and single-cell Interaction Cytometry to reveal how target density affects drug binding in a more physiologically relevant context.
